We will make sure that as our remanufactured products are unboxed by customers, they will be wowed  by the quality of the product and their unboxing experience.  To make sure this happens, we have developed a state of the art flexible ERP system we named Renewed™.

We have proprietary solutions for customers that have high mixed of SKUs and low quantities.  We know how to lower your cost of repackaging.

Once products have being received, remanufactured and repackaged; the challenge is to put the product back in the hands of the customer as fast as possible to minimize storage charges and maximize profits.  We work closely with our customers to set the rules of the market access we provide.  We also buy closeouts with our financial partners.

Since we have created 3PL capabilities for e-commerce and wholesale transactions for our remanufactured products, some of our clients have asked us to help them with their forward logistics needs, therefore we made it available to all our clients.

Our call center has the ability to handle full circle customer returns, exchanges, warranty support to consumers and support to channel buyers.
